Jupiter – Terms of Use

1) ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Jupiter you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2) WHAT JUPITER IS

Jupiter is a football decision engine. Its purpose is to organise football information, reduce noise and help users discover matches that deserve attention. Jupiter combines standings, recent form, market information and contextual indicators to make football analysis easier.

3) WHAT JUPITER IS NOT

Jupiter does not provide betting advice. Jupiter does not predict football matches. Jupiter does not guarantee results. Every decision remains entirely the user's responsibility.

4) USER ACCOUNTS

Jupiter may be used as a Guest or as a registered user. Registered users authenticate through a one-time verification code sent by email. Some features may only be available to registered or Premium users.

5) ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree to use Jupiter lawfully and responsibly. Users must not attempt to interfere with, damage or compromise the Service, its infrastructure or other users.

6) PREMIUM

Some functions may become available through Premium plans. Features, prices and availability may change over time. Expressing interest in Premium does not constitute a purchase.

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Jupiter, its software, design, logos, texts, selection criteria and visual identity remain the intellectual property of Nespoli Enzo unless otherwise stated.

8) SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Although we aim to keep Jupiter available at all times, the Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or third-party outages.

9) PRIVACY

The processing of personal information is described in the Jupiter Privacy Policy. Read Privacy Policy

10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jupiter is provided "as is". While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or availability of football data. Users remain solely responsible for any decision taken using Jupiter.

11) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation, the competent court shall be Arezzo, Italy.
